Each committee is established by the NSCA Board of Directors to meet the needs of the NSCA. Committee roles and functions are designated by the Board.
Committees are governed by the Volunteer Handbook and Reference Manual and Committee Guidelines.
The Volunteer Handbook and Reference Manual has been created to provide you with the information
necessary to successfully complete your duties and responsibilities. It is requisite that you read,
refer to, and abide by this handbook.
Become involved. Select committee applications open August 15 and close December 15 or January 15, depending on the committee, each year. Selected candidates term begin at the NSCA National Conference in July.
Members can join the following committees: Certification, Conference, Diversity, Finance, Membership, Nomination, Research and Education, State/Provincial Directors, and Women's.
