    Session Descriptions
    This presentation will discuss exercises and movements that practitioners can implement in their training to improve their clients mobility and help reduce incidence of injury. 
    This session will discuss an innovative sports performance training system called IGNITE 360, created by IMG Academies. The system offers fully customizable training programs and a unique comprehensive system for measuring progression. 
    This presentation will cover the Olympic movements of the Power Clean and Power Snatch and discuss their implications for sport, specifically coaching technique and exercise implementation into programming. 
    This session will provide athletes with insight into Appreciative Injury and how it can be used in an individual or group setting to improve the overall training environment and provide a better experience for individuals as well as the coach. 
    Lecture and Hands-on
    This presentation will provide attendees with an overview of principles that make up an active dynamic warm-up. Attendees will leave with information that they can directly implement into training programs of all ages. 
    This session will cover Repeated Sprint Ability and how to adapt the Charlie Francis model. Attendees will gain insight into how to structure workouts and be able to apply knowledge from this directly to their training with clients or teams.
