Daryl Shute, CSCS, For nearly 20 years, Daryl has worked in the fitness industry where he has had the opportunity to work in many areas of the business. His experience includes assisting or leading the education departments for ISCA, Resist-A-Ball, and now Power Systems Inc. Daryl holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in exercise physiology, and he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with NSCA. As a CEC provider for many organizations. Daryl has had the honor and pleasure of sharing his knowledge with others at the conference level as well as many individuals while personal training.

Cory Sobas, CSCS, before joining Power Systems Inc., Cory owned and operated SpeedDoctorz/Champion Strength & Fitness, a sports performance enhancement company in Columbus, Ohio. Additionally, he and his wife owned Ohio Cheer Force & Kids Gymnastics, a highly successful all-star cheer gym. Cory graduated from Ohio State University, earning a bachelor of science in education with an emphasis in coaching. He is a Fly Solo Mentor, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with NSCA as well as a Certified Flex Band® Trainer through Jump Stretch Inc. Cory has served as a faculty instructor for World Instructor Training Schools and has been a featured speaker on the topic of fitness and strength and conditioning for cheerleading and youth sports.
