Career Center
Whether you are an employer looking to recruit top-notch applicants, or you are a strength and conditioning professional seeking employment, the NSCA Career Center can help you.
We host an on-site interviewing service at the NSCA National Conference and the Sport-Specific Training Conference. This service is designed to allow employees and employers to meet in a professional setting. We also host an online Career Center that allows members to search for jobs around the clock. The Career Center is a free service for NSCA members.
The NSCA has enhanced my career by affording me the opportunity to learn from the worldwide authorities in the field of strength and conditioning. Through 10 years of attendance at national meetings and reading of the nationally respected journals, I have remained current on the latest innovations in our profession. Certification through the NSCA has also allowed me to be competitive in the workplace and secured my present position as Professor, California State University, Fullerton.

How the On-Site Interviewing Works
Employers submit position openings to the NSCA Career Center. Positions are promoted on both our web site and on-site at the Career Center booth.
Job Seekers apply for openings during our conferences by completing an application form, attaching a current resume, and submitting it to the Career Center staff.
Career Center staff assist employers with arranging to interview appropriate applicants, and the NSCA provides an interview room. Employers do not have to be a NSCA member or at the conference to participate. All applications and resumes are forwarded to employers following the event.
