Looking for some ideas on program design for bull riding. I have a couple of young guys that have entered a bull riding contest and are wanting to train for this event. I'm currently doing research on this and would like some ideas. Thanks

I would go over the CSCS and do exactly as they outlined. Look at the sport - the biomechanical and biochemical needs, the joints and muscles most used, the type of injuries, and so forth.

If you find enough information, you can submit an article for the NSCA journal!
