Any good program design apps out there?

Does anyone know if there are any good program writing apps out there?  A good one should allow the S&C professional to sit at his/her computer or smart phone, write a workout program, then deliver it to their athletes/clients.  Then, the athlete/client should be able to log their workouts and send back what they completed.  Anything out there that can do this?

Hello Eric.  We still use Excel.  I have used Gary Winkler's Training Design Pro before as well.  It was essentially developed for T&F training (everything from lifting to events).  Pretty cool, but I just haven't found anything to replace Excel yet.  Hope that help.
