What has your experience been with treating Patellarfemoral 

syndrome?   I like to focus on the hip abductors and hip external rotators if weak.  I also look at the feet and step down test.

Also look at ankle mobility. Our athletes with poor ankle mobility tend to have more issues and longer recovery.

the TFL and IT Band help with tracking the patella.  Strengthen the VMO.  When the athlete squats is there a valgus or varus angle
