The Technology Manager reports to the Chief Technology Director and independently performs problem solving and project management responsibilities for business-information systems development and support efforts. Focus is on projects and systems of high risk, complexity and visibility; includes resource allocation, all phases of a software development life cycle, i.e., feasibility study, requirements, analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation planning. Frequent contact with all levels of management is expected. Ensures system quality and conformance to standards.
The Digital Content Coordinator will manage and execute the interactive multimedia program, including production, delivery and promotion. The Digital Content Coordinator will also assist with the development, production and promotion of Education content media across multiple delivery channels and reports to the Digital Publishing Manager and Director of Education.
The Education Coordinator will primarily manage and execute all aspects of the NSCA Examination Preparation Symposia (EPS) Program, including but not limited to, content development, program planning, scheduling and delivery, and evaluation. The Education Coordinator will also assist with the development of educational material as requested, particularly online materials and courses, and provide customer service as required.
